Case study and risk identification of overseas investmentin power grid project

摘要:

本文在分析电网项目海外投资现状的基础上,以两个典型的电网海外投资项目为例,分析和梳理在投资过程中潜在风险因素,并结合现有相关文献,构建了电网项目海外投资风险指标体系。然后在此基础上面向电网海外投资专家和相关研究人员,针对风险的发生可能性、造成损失水平和可控制性等三方面进行了问卷调查及统计分析工作,风险水平的计算引入了脆弱性理论,进而明确了各风险因素的重要性排序,为电网项目海外投资过程中的风险管理提供了一定的参考意义。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of current situation of power grid projects overseas investment, taking two typical power grid overseas investment projects as examples, this paper analyzes the potential risk factors in the investment process. Combined with the existing literature, the overseas investment risk index system of power grid project is constructed. Then the questionnaire survey and statistics analysis on the evaluation of risk importance was conducted for overseas investment experts and related researchers. The calculation of risk level introduces the theory of vulnerability. At last, the order of significance of risk factors under different risk dimensions is identified, and the key risk factors are identified, which will provide some references for formulating the strategy of overseas investment projects in power grid.
