基于技术合同分析的我国技术交易发展现状与对策研究

Research on the Status and Countermeasures of Technology Transaction in China Based on Technical Contract Analysis

摘要:

以技术合同成交额为研究指标，首先总体分析我国技术交易发展态势以及四技合同成交额增长情况，并具体分析30个省份的技术交易状况，在此基础上选取8个技术交易发达或增长快速地区作为发展样本进一步深入分析。研究结果表明：近10年我国技术合同成交额呈稳步增长的发展态势，技术交易已形成了以技术服务为首，技术开发、技术转让和技术咨询紧随其后的梯次发展格局；科技政策、高新技术企业和高校院所的职称导向对技术交易影响较大。最后基于研究结果提出相应对策建议。

Abstract:

This paper takes the turnover of technology contract as the research index, first of all, it analyzes the development trend of technology trade and the growth of the turnover of four technology contracts in China, and analyzes the status of technology transaction in 30 provinces. On this basis, 8 developed or fast growing technology trading areas are selected as development samples for further in-depth analysis. The results show that: in the past 10 years, the turnover of technology contracts in China has been steadily increasing, and the technological transaction has formed a trapezoidal development pattern, which is led by technical services, followed by technology development, technology transfer and technical consultation；science and technology policy, high-tech enterprises, the title of the direction of colleges and universities have a greater impact on technology trading. Finally, based on the research results, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
