针对国际日益严峻的碳减排形势,加快产业结构调整推进节能减排是中国发展低碳经济实现减排目标的重要途径。在论述当前产业碳排放研究的基础上,综合考虑碳生产和消费视角,设定产业全碳足迹概念。通过修正直接消耗系数,构建平衡性投入产出产业全碳足迹生命周期测算模型BEL-TCP。基于产业规模创立绝对碳影响力系数和感应度系数,以归纳的27个中国产业为研究对象,对比分析新旧常态下各产业全碳足迹流。以碳关联产业重要性构建散点图,分类提出差别性减排建议。

Under the increasingly severe international carbon emission reduction circumstance, accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure to promote energy conservation and emission reduction is an important way for China to develop low carbon economy and achieve the target of carbon emission reduction. On the basis of reviewing the existing industrial carbon emissions studies, this paper defined industrial total carbon footprint from both the production and consumption angles. Then we constructed Balanced Economic Input Output Life Cycle Assessment of Industrial Total Carbon Footprint model by modifying the direct consumption coefficient. According to the scale of industry, the absolute carbon diffusion coefficient and the induction coefficient were created. Then the 27 Chinese industries were selected as the research objects, and the carbon footprint flow of all industries in the old and the new normal was comparatively analyzed. Taking the importance of carbon related industry into consideration, scatter plot was constructed, and the suggestion of differential emission reduction was proposed by classification.
