Abstract:Based on the improved LDA thematic model algorithm, this paper studies four common renewable energy patents in the fields of microalgae biofuel, wind power generation, solar photovoltaic cells and tidal power generation. The development trend and characteristics of renewable energy in the world are analyzed. The results show that,the development of global renewable energy has experienced budding period, slow growth period and high-speed development period, and is now in a declining stage, during which solar and wind energy play a leading role; renewable energy patents in all four fields have strategic technical themes and lead countries are different; renewable energy in four fields can be converted to electric energy and more attention has been paid to combined power generation; renewable energy technologies related to energy infrastructure and improving energy conversion efficiency are more easily supported by government policies. Based on the research results, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of renewable energy in China.
