科研转化能力与转化效率的协调性分析——基于2012-2016年教育部直属64所高校数据

摘要:

高校科研转化能力与效率是一国科技创新的重要原动力，两者协调发展有利于高校科研的优化与稳定。本文以2012-2016年我国教育部直属64所高校的科研数据为研究样本，运用因子分析、数据包络分析法（DEA方法）对高校科研转化能力与效率进行评价、匹配；利用灰色关联度分析法构建模型探讨两者间的关联性。结果显示，高校间科研转化能力差异较大，5年间变化幅度较小；科研转化效率处于增长状态，但横向差异较大；低匹配与不匹配型失调高校比例高，同时科研驱动要素与效率间关联度最高。基于此本文提出增强高校科研转化能力与效率的建议。

Abstract:

The ability of scientific research transformation and efficiency is an important driving force for the scientific and technological innovation of a country. The coordinated development of the two is conducive to the optimization and stability of scientific research in colleges and universities. This paper uses the factor analysis and data envelopment analysis (DEA method) to evaluate and match the research ability and efficiency of scientific research in colleges and universities from 2012 to 2016, which is based on the scientific research data of 64 universities in China directly under the Ministry of Education. Constructing models to explore the relationship between the Two. The results show that there are significant differences in the ability of scientific research between colleges and universities, and the change is relatively small in 5 years. And the efficiency of scientific research conversion is in the growth state, but the horizontal difference is large. The ratio of low matching and mismatch is high, and the relationship between scientific research transformation and efficiency is on the higher degree. Based on this article, this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the transformation ability and efficiency of scientific research in colleges and universities.
