Abstract:The ability of scientific research transformation and efficiency is an important driving force for the scientific and technological innovation of a country. The coordinated development of the two is conducive to the optimization and stability of scientific research in colleges and universities. This paper uses the factor analysis and data envelopment analysis (DEA method) to evaluate and match the research ability and efficiency of scientific research in colleges and universities from 2012 to 2016, which is based on the scientific research data of 64 universities in China directly under the Ministry of Education. Constructing models to explore the relationship between the Two. The results show that there are significant differences in the ability of scientific research between colleges and universities, and the change is relatively small in 5 years. And the efficiency of scientific research conversion is in the growth state, but the horizontal difference is large. The ratio of low matching and mismatch is high, and the relationship between scientific research transformation and efficiency is on the higher degree. Based on this article, this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the transformation ability and efficiency of scientific research in colleges and universities.
