农户间知识共享研究述评

Literature Review of Knowledge Sharing among Farmers

摘要:

〔〕农户间知识共享研究对于农业技术扩散的推进具有重要现实意义。国内外对农户间知识共享的研究已积累了一定量的成果,现阶段有必要对其研究脉络进行梳理与整合。基于已有文献的回顾,归纳并重新界定农户间知识共享的内涵,建立农户间知识共享要素、过程、功能的三维度分析框架,包括：分析农户间知识共享的主体、客体、信息渠道以及共享环境等要素；系统讨论农户间知识共享的知识溢出、知识学习、知识转移及知识创新过程；综合考察农户间知识共享行为推动农户技术采用,进而实现农业技术推广,完善农业产业链发展的积极作用。最后,结合三维分析框架和我国农业产业发展的新形势,提出四点具有潜力的研究方向,以期为后来研究者提供启示与指引。

Abstract:

The study of knowledge sharing among farmers is of great practical significance for promoting the diffusion of agricultural technology. The relative research has accumulated a certain amount of achievements, and currently it is necessary to sort out and integrate its research context. On the basis of literature review, the connotation of knowledge sharing among farmers is concluded and redefined, and a research framework is constructed from three dimensions. That is, factor, process and function. First, on the factor dimension the subject, object, information channels and sharing environment are analyzed; second, the process of knowledge sharing among farmers is divided into sub-processes including knowledge spillover, knowledge learning, knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation, which are systematically discussed; third, the active influence of knowledge sharing behaviors among farmers on promoting the adoption and promotion of agricultural technology as well as improving the development of agricultural industrial chain is considered comprehensively. Finally, four potential future research trends are proposed on the basis of comprehensive analysis of existing research framework and the new circumstances of the development of Chinese agriculture.
