中国西北地区五省科研竞争力评价研究及结果分析

摘要:

为西北地区五省科研评价和学科建设提供客观、可靠的数据支撑及参考建议。以InCites和ESI数据库为数据源，统计西北五省2005-2016年SCI论文情况，从科研生产力、科研影响力、SCI论文国际国内合作发文情况、进入ESI全球1%学科情况等方面进行深入的分析。西北五省科研机构应加大力度提高发文质量、增加高质量论文产出、加强人才队伍建设、鼓励并倡导国际国内合作研究、优化学科建设、牢牢把握面临的发展机遇，以提高科研影响力。

Abstract:

The paper is to provide objective and reliable data support and suggestions for The five Northwestern Provinces in Our Country’s scientific research evaluation and disciplines construction. It takes InCites and ESI as data source ,makes a statistics on The Five Northwestern Provinces’s SCI articles in 2005-2016,and analysis them from aspects of the acientific research productivity, scientific research influence, SCI papers on domestic and international cooperation, enter the ESI 1% subjects. The five Northwestern Provinces scientific research institutions should step up efforts to improve quality of articles, increase output of high quality articles, to strengthen the construction of talent team, encourage and advocate the international and domestic cooperation research, optimize the discipline construction, firmly grasp the facing opportunity of development, so as to improve scientific research evaluation.
