Discipline construction of safety information economics research

摘要:

为进一步完善安全科学学科体系，促进安全信息研究与应用，开展安全信息经济学学科构建。首先，基于安全信息学、安全经济学与信息经济学的基本理论，提炼出安全信息经济学的定义，并阐释其内涵；然后，论述安全信息经济学的理论基础并凝练其研究内容；从5个方面概括安全信息经济学的研究方法，提出安全信息经济学的研究程序并做详细解释；最后，从3个方面展望安全信息经济学的应用前景。结果表明，安全信息经济学的构建具有坚实的理论基础和广泛的应用前景，在理论方面可作为安全信息学和安全经济学的下属学科，在实践方面可用于企业安全资源优化配置、安全管理和风险决策等方面。

Abstract:

In order to further improve the safety science system, promote the research and application of safety information, the discipline construction of safety information economics was carried out. Firstly, based on the basic theory of safety information, safety economics and information economics, the definition of safety information economics was refined, and its connotation was given; then, the theoretical basis of the safety information economics was discussed and the research content was summarized; research methods of safety information economics were summarized from 5 aspects, the research procedures of safety information economics were proposed and a detailed explanation was given. Finally, the prospect of safety information economics from three aspects was prospected. The results show that the construction of safety information economics has a solid theoretical foundation and a wide range of application prospects, and can be used as a subordinate discipline in safety informatics and safety economics in theory. In practice, it can be used for optimal allocation of enterprise safety resources, safety management and risk decision-making.
