Abstract:In the era of public entrepreneurship and innovation, China is in the era of universal entrepreneurship. How to increase entrepreneurial output under the dilemma of resource scarcity and entrepreneurial risk has become an important problem for many entrepreneurs and scholars. This research uses grounded theory, from the perspective of entrepreneur personality traits, depth interviews with entrepreneurs of 15 Internet new venture. The results show that entrepreneurial personality traits, social networks, entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial learning have a positive impact on entrepreneurial output and construct a dual - path entrepreneurial output model of social networks and entrepreneurial bricolage. The conclusion of the study has an important contribution to the social network and the theory of entrepreneurial bricolage, which has important implications for the mechanism of mining the entrepreneurial output.
