Abstract:This study use system dynamics method to describe, quantify and simulate the process of synergetic evolution between enterprise innovation network and technological innovation dynamic capabilities from the perspective of knowledge flow. The results show that the current innovation performance depends on the synergetic evolution path of the technological innovation dynamic capability and the innovation network: technological innovation dynamic capability→construction and evolution of innovation network→internalization of external knowledge→innovation performance→technological innovation dynamic capability. In the process of synergetic evolution, with the development of technological innovation, dynamic ability and knowledge internalization of innovation networks have a marginal increasing effect on the three elements of innovation performance driving. At the same time, Innovation strategy, industrial policy and management platform have significant influence on enterprise technological innovation, but there are great differences in this effect.
