科技创新在农业企业中的作用愈发明显,作为科技创新的重要资源,农业企业知识管理成为研究者关注的焦点。知识进化是组织对自有知识存量进行评估与创造加工,不断增强知识活性以满足组织知识应用和创新需要的动态过程,知识扩散路径是外部知识跨越个体和组织界限被接受者吸收的渠道。以农业企业为例,设计出以知识扩散路径为自变量,知识进化为因变量的研究框架模型,并将知识共享和知识基纳入该研究框架,发掘知识扩散路径对农业企业知识进化的传导机制。实证结果证实,知识扩散路径和知识进化之间有显著正向影响关系,知识共享在知识扩散路径与知识进化之间发挥着中介作用,知识基在知识扩散路径同知识进化之间发挥着调节作用。

The role of scientific and technological innovation in agricultural enterprises is becoming more and more obvious. As an important resource of scientific and technological innovation, knowledge management of agricultural enterprises has become the focus of researchers" attention. Knowledge evolution is organization to evaluate its own stock of knowledge and creation process, strengthening intellectual activity to meet the needs of the organization knowledge application and innovation, the dynamic process of knowledge diffusion path is external knowledge across individual and organizational boundaries are absorbed by the recipient of the channel. In agricultural enterprises, for example, to construct the knowledge diffusion path as the independent variables, knowledge evolution as the dependent variable, the knowledge sharing as intermediary variables and the research framework of knowledge base as regulating variable explores the knowledge diffusion path for agricultural enterprise knowledge transmission mechanism of evolution. The empirical results confirme that the knowledge diffusion path has a positive influence on knowledge evolution, knowledge sharing is a positive mediating role between the knowledge diffusion path and knowledge evolution, knowledge base on the relationship between the knowledge diffusion path and evolution have regulation effect.
