有别于一般的财政资金后补助,科技创新券是企业先领券,然后再到政府部门兑现,获得财政补贴。科技创新券在提高企业自主创新能力、加强企业与科技服务机构的合作、优化创新创业环境等方面起到了重要作用。通过分析广东省科技创新券后补助政策的实施情况、特点、成效以及问题,提出降低补助门槛、带动科技投入、加大宣传培训、减轻项目审核、明确使用范围,以推进广东省科技创新券后补助政策更好的实施。
