研究生就业困难和企业难以招聘到具有科技创新能力的员工两种现象并存是目前社会普遍关注的问题。随着移动互联网、大数据、人工智能等领域渗透到社会经济活动的方方面面,“互联网+”转型背景下企业需要大量的具备科技创新能力的专业人才,一定程度上可以缓解当下研究生就业困难的局面。通过识别大数据时代“互联网+”就业趋势下人才的满足现状,归纳“互联网+”时代企业对于科技创新人才的能力需求,提出了实现“互联网+”就业趋势下研究生科技创新能力的提升的策略。

The phenomena that college postgraduates have difficulties in finding jobs and firms also have difficulties in enrolling the talented employers with scientific innovation abilities coexist and have attracted much attention of the public. With the penetration of mobile Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence into the economic activities, under the trend of “Internet +” transformation, firms need a large number of professional talents with scientific innovation abilities, which to some extent may help alleviate this situation. Through recognizing how college graduates’ abilities match firms’ requirements, the firms’ requirements for employers under the trend of big data and “Internet +” are summarized. Based on theses requirements, this paper puts forwards some tactics so as to improve college postgraduates’ scientific innovation abilities in the trend of “Internet +”.
