Abstract:Under the initiative of “the Belt and Road”, cross-border electronic commerce has created the way of trade facilitation for enterprises to go globally, and has helped our country''s industrial transformation and upgrading under the new normal condition of economic development in China. By analyzing the current situation of cross-border e-commerce development and the international environment of enterprises going globally under the background of “the Belt and Road” initiative in China, this paper expounds the influence factors of cross-border e-commerce development on enterprises going globally from four aspects, including national competitive advantage, platform building, risk prevention and infrastructure construction. In the light of the challenges facing current development of cross-border e-commerce to promote the "Go globally" strategy of enterprises in competition and market, brand and quality, and transformation and innovation, the paper puts forward five suggestions for developing cross-border electronic commerce to promote enterprises going globally, which are the differentiated service, industry chain building, business model innovation, international e-commerce cooperation and the perfection of financial supporting system.
