党的十九大正式提出了实施区域协调发展战略,将其上升到党和国家事业发展全局的战略高度。广东是区域发展不协调的典型地区,粤东西北地区创新能力不强、产业基础薄弱、内生发展动力不足等问题突出。本文从创新要素的角度,分析粤东西北地区的创新发展基础与短板,并与江苏苏北地区进行横向对比和经验借鉴,研究提出新时期推动粤东西北地区创新发展的战略方向。

The nineteen Party proposed regional coordinated development strategy, and rising it a new height of the overall development of the party and the state. Guangdong is a typical area for regional development incongruity. Problems such as poor innovation ability, weak industrial foundation and insufficient endogenous development power, is very serious. From view of innovation elements, this paper analysis the foundation and short board of innovation of Guangdong southeast northwest,comparisonning and drawing lessons from the North area in Jiangsu.Based on this, this paper researchs Innovation development strategy of Guangdong southeast northwest in New period.
