基于企业视角的重庆创新创业活跃度评价及与京津沪深的比较

Evaluation of Chongqing's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Activity Based on the Enterprise Perspective and Comparisons with Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Shenzhen

市场主体多少对形成新的区域竞争格局会产生深远影响，做大市场主体特别是企业总量是建设科技强国的基础。本研究使用政府公开的数据来源，从基于企业视角的创新创业潜力、活力及成效三个层面定量分析了重庆及北京、天津、上海、深圳等国内创新型城市的企业视角创新创业活跃度，深入研究了重庆基于企业视角的双创活跃度与东部发达地区的差距，以期发现重庆创新创业活动中的优势和存在的问题，并针对重庆基于企业视角的创新创业活动中存在的问题和不足，研究提出了进一步促进重庆创新创业活跃度提升的路径和对策。

Abstract:

How many market players will have a far-reaching impact on the formation of a new regional competitive landscape and making bigger market players, especially the total number of enterprises, is the basis for building a strong country with science and technology. This paper uses the publicly available data sources of the government to quantitatively analyze the entrepreneurial activity of enterprises in innovative domestic cities such as Chongqing and Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Shenzhen from the perspectives of innovation potential, vitality and effectiveness based on the enterprise perspective. This paper studies the gap between Chongqing's innovation and entrepreneurial activity and the developed regions in eastern China based on the perspective of the enterprise, with a view to discovering the advantages and existing problems in Chongqing's innovation and entrepreneurship activities. Put forward to further promote the innovation and entrepreneurship in Chongqing to enhance the path and countermeasures.
