绿色技术创新能力对制造业价值链攀升的影响

摘要:

运用考虑非合意产出SBM方向距离函数与Malmquist Luenberger指数模型对2008-2015年制造业26个行业的绿色技术创新能力进行计算，并采用系统GMM对绿色技术创新能力如何影响制造业价值链攀升进行研究。结果表明：绿色技术创新能力从弱变强的过程中，对制造业价值链攀升的影响由下降逐渐转变为上升，绿色技术创新能力对我国制造业价值链攀升的影响整体上呈非线性“U”型关系。因此，加大绿色技术创新研发力度，推动以绿色为核心的科技创新对我国制造业价值链攀升有重大意义。

Abstract:

This paper calculates the green technology innovation capability of 26 industries in manufacturing industry from 2008 to 2015 by considering the SBM directional distance function of non-conforming outputs and Malmquist Luenberger index model, and uses the system GMM to analyze how the green technology innovation capability affects the value chain upgrade 0f manufacturing industry for research. Results show that that the process of green technology innovation ability from weak stronger, value chain upgrade 0f manufacturing industry from decline to rise gradually, the influence of green technology innovation ability impact on value chain upgrade 0f manufacturing industry as a non-linear "U" relationship.Therefore, it is of great significance to intensify the R & D of green technology innovation and promote the innovation of science and technology with green as the core to the value chain upgrade 0f manufacturing industry.
