以威客模式众包为研究对象,采用实证方法研究影响发布方创新绩效的主要因素。首先,分析并构建了发布方创新绩效影响因素的理论模型,提出了研究假设。然后,利用从任务中国网站抓取的1400条悬赏任务数据,验证模型假设。实证分析表明发布方在合理提升任务奖金的同时,在任务时长和任务描述长度的设计上需要平衡所期望获得的解决方案的数量和质量;而发布方的经验对解答方案的数量和质量均无正向影响,发布方需要通过提升自身的信用提升绩效。

Taken Witkey model as the research object, the factors that influence the innovation performance of the crowdsourcing are studied from the perspective of the seekers. First, the influencing factor model is constructed, the research hypothesis is put forward, and the measurement method of the variable in the model is designed. Then based on the actual data collected from "TaskCN" (http://www.taskcn.com/), the corresponding regression model is selected to analyze the influencing factors model. The results of the data analysis show:Seekers should increase the task award rationally. Meanwhile seekers should balance the quantity and quality of solution when they design the task duration and its description length. Improving seeker’s credit is an effective way to improve the performance of seeker.
