农技推广人员工作积极性影响因素实证研究——基于广东1880名农技推广人员问卷调查*

Empirical Analysis on the Factors Influencing the Work Enthusiasm of Agricultural Extension Staff—Based on the Investigation of Guangdong Province of 1,880 Agricultural Extension Personnels

摘要:

论文运用Binary logistic regression实证研究方法，对2012年实行分类管理后农技推广人员工作积极性的影响因素展开研究。研究结果表明：从事年限、单位所在地、待遇满意度、推广机构的管理机制、修订实施《农业技术推广法》、农民的评价对农技推广人员工作积极性有显著性影响；根据研究结果，论文提出从完善农技推广法律体系、创新农技推广管理体制、提高农技人员工资待遇和完善职称评聘制度几方面提高农技推广人员的工作积极性。

Abstract:

The paper uses the Binary logistic regression empirical research method to study the influencing factors of the enthusiasm of agricultural technology extension workers after implementing classification management in 2012. The results of the study show that: the number of years of employment, location of the unit, satisfaction of treatment, management mechanism of the promotion organization, revision and implementation of the "Agricultural Technology Promotion Law" and evaluation of farmers have a significant influence on the enthusiasm of the agricultural technology extension workers; according to the research results, the paper proposes The work enthusiasm of agricultural technology extension workers has been improved from the aspects of improving the legal system for the promotion of agricultural technology, innovating the management system of agricultural technology promotion, improving the salary and treatment of agricultural technicians, and improving the system of assessing and employing professional title.
