Abstract:The paper uses the Binary logistic regression empirical research method to study the influencing factors of the enthusiasm of agricultural technology extension workers after implementing classification management in 2012. The results of the study show that: the number of years of employment, location of the unit, satisfaction of treatment, management mechanism of the promotion organization, revision and implementation of the "Agricultural Technology Promotion Law" and evaluation of farmers have a significant influence on the enthusiasm of the agricultural technology extension workers; according to the research results, the paper proposes The work enthusiasm of agricultural technology extension workers has been improved from the aspects of improving the legal system for the promotion of agricultural technology, innovating the management system of agricultural technology promotion, improving the salary and treatment of agricultural technicians, and improving the system of assessing and employing professional title.
