为提高煤层气钻井系统的钻井效益,实现煤层气企业的高效开采,运用机会约束规划理论研究其资源配置问题。首先在遵循科学性、系统性的原则下,选取环境资源、工艺技术资源、钻井设备资源、人员资源以及应急资源为钻井系统的关键资源;其次根据钻井系统的随机性及不确定性,选取环境资源和人员资源作为随机因素,构建煤层气开采钻井系统资源配置机会约束规划模型,并将其应用于河南省X煤层气公司的钻井系统中。结果表明:该模型使钻井系统的钻井效益由62.303提升到了71.982,能为煤层气企业钻井系统资源的合理配置提供依据。

In order to improve drilling efficiency of CBM drilling system and realize efficient mining of CBM enterprises, the paper studies the problem of resource allocation by using the theory of chance constrained programming. First of all, following the principle of scientificity and systematization, environmental resources, process technology resources, drilling equipment resources, personnel resources and emergency resources are selected as the key resources of drilling system. Secondly, according to the randomness and uncertainty of drilling system, Resources and personnel resources as a random factor, this paper constructs a chance constrained programming model of resource allocation of CBM drilling system and applies it to the drilling system of Henan X Coalbed Methane Company. The results show that the model improves the drilling efficiency of drilling system from 62.303 to 71.982, which can provide the basis for rational allocation of drilling system resources in coalbed methane enterprises.
