摘要:

基于2012-2016年安徽省16个地级市的数据，通过分析战略性新兴产业与区域经济发展的相互作用，揭示了两者的耦合协调发展机理，进一步构建战略性新兴产业系统与区域经济系统的耦合协调度评价模型，对两者的协调发展水平进行了测度和系统评价。结果显示：安徽省大多数地级市的战略性新兴产业与区域经济并未实现同步型发展，但两者发展的一致性程度在逐渐提升；安徽省战略性新兴产业与区域经济协调度总体水平偏低，大多数地级市仍处在中低度耦合阶段，但在时间序列上呈现逐渐提升的态势，总体状况趋于良性发展；各市间的协调度差异较大，在空间格局上，耦合协调度一定程度上呈现以合肥、芜湖为中心逐渐向外围扩散的趋势，但中心城市对周边地区耦合协调程度提升的辐射和带动作用还有待进一步加强。

Abstract:

Based on data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2016, through the analysis of the interaction between strategic emerging industries and regional economy development,it reveals the coupling and coordinated development mechanism on the strategic emerging industries and regional economiy,Further constructs a coupling and coordinated evaluation model of strategic emerging industrial systems and regional economy systems,and makes measurement and systematic evaluation on the level of coordinated development of both. The results show that: strategic emerging industries and regional economy have not achieved synchronized development at most prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province，but the development of the degree of consistency is increasing;The overall level of coordination of strategic emerging industries and regional economy is low in Anhui Province,most prefecture-level cities are still in the middle and low coupling stage,but there was gradual improvement over time, overall status of coordination tends to benign development;The degree of coordination is significant variance each city,the degree of coupling and coordination is to a certain extent the tendency of Hefei and Wuhu as the center gradually spread to the periphery in the spatial pattern,However, the radiation and driving role of the central city to the coupling and coordination degree of the surrounding areas need to be further strengthened.
