Abstract:To study the matching method of scientific and technological talents considering "demand and supply". Based on the two angles of organization and talents, the evaluation system of selecting talents for science and technology is established from the perspective of demand supply. Based on grey correlation degree, we propose to calculate the correlation degree under the uncertainty of demand supply, so as to analyze the fit degree between organization and talents. The case takes 10 talents as an example to make an empirical analysis. The success rate of talent introduction is highly correlated with high degree of two-way correlation. The organization can also adjust the existing science and technology talents policy according to the correlation degree data.
