“互联网+”背景下的创新指数设计与研究——以江苏省为例

摘要:

随着国家对创新重视程度的深入,提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家已经成为我国发展战略的核心。因此构建对应的创新指数评价指标体系对创新发展进行评估具有重要意义。本文主要结合当前“互联网+”和“大众创业、万众创新”的大背景,深入分析了这一背景下的创新及创新指数内涵；并构建对应的创新指数评价指标体系,并以江苏省为例,对其2012-2017年创新指数进行求解并对其创新发展状况进行总结和分析。

Abstract:

With the development of science and technology, the state of innovation become more and more important, improving the ability of innovation and building an innovative country had become the main mission of our country. So establishing an innovation index which meets the requirements of the times has important social application value. According to the current situation of the development of our country and the basis of the innovation of theory and literature review, we analysis the connotation of the innovation and structure the innovation indexes system in the background of “Internet+”. Establish the comprehensive evaluation model and take Jiangsu Province as an example, calculated the value of Jiangsu’s innovation index between 2012 and 2017 and analysis the development status of Jiangsu in recent years.
