近年来，现代信息技术如互联网、物联网以及大数据等技术开始被广泛引入到再生资源回收领域。“互联网+回收”模式正在成为推动再生资源回收体系建设的重点，“互联网+回收”模式能够有效的解决再生资源回收领域中的许多问题。通过对再生资源回收现状进行分析，总结出目前我国再生资源回收领域应用“互联网+回收”模式的重要性以及构建基础，在此基础上搭建我国再生资源“互联网+回收”模式的运作流程并提出相应的建议以此来促进再生资源回收行业的健康发展。
