中国与发达国家科技创新能力比较研究

Comparison of Scientific and Technological Ability for Innovation ofChina and Developed Countries

摘要:

基于2005年-2016年中国与部分发达国家的统计数据,对我国与发达国家的创新能力进行了比较。首先对中美两国的GDP总量进行了对比分析,并对未来我国的GDP总量进行了预测。之后试图通过比较中国与美国、日本、英国、瑞士、丹麦等创新强国在科技资源投入(R D 经费投入、人力资源投入等)和科技成果产出(专利、科技论文产出)两大方面的基本情况,对比分析了我国与这些科技创新强国的差异,对我国的科技创新能力在综合比较中进行较为客观、全面、可靠的定位。最后就如何减少我国科技创新过程中存在的制约因素,顺利实现创新强国的目标提出了建议。

Abstract:

Based on the statistics of China and some developed countries from 2005 to 2016, the study has attempted to compare two basic aspects of the science and technology resources input (such as human resources investment, R D investment) and output (such as patents, scientific papers) of China and the United States, Japan, Britain, Switzerland, Denmark and other innovation powerhouse, in order to get an objective, comprehensive and reliable positioning in the scientific and technological ability for innovation of China through a comprehensive comparison.
