以我国34个工业行业2001年—2010年和2011年-2016年两阶段的面板数据为分析样本,实证探究了环境规制、市场需求对不同类型行业生态技术创新影响的差异性。研究表明:在重污染(需求推动型)行业中,环境规制对行业生态技术创新的影响由抑制转变为促进;在轻污染(技术推动型)中,环境规制对行业生态技术创新均具有显著正向影响;除重污染(技术推动型)行业,市场需求对其它类型行业生态技术创新均具有显著的正向影响。

Based on China"s 34 industries panel data of the two phase of the sample analysis from 2001 to 2010 and 2011 -2016,this paper empirically explores the differences between environmental regulation and market demand on eco-technology innovation in different types of industries. The research shows that in heavily polluted (demand-driven) industries,the impact of environmental regulation on industrial eco-technology innovation has shifted from suppression to promotion,in light pollution (technology-driven),environmental regulation has a significant positive impact on industry eco-technology innovation. In addition to heavy pollution (technology-driven) industries,market demand has a significant positive impact on eco-technology innovation in other types of industries.
