BIM技术产权具有价值不易评估但易被侵犯的特点，因此对BIM技术产权价值的准确评估并对BIM技术产权进行合理保护至关重要。通过定义BIM技术产权和分析BIM技术特性，提出了适用于BIM技术产权价值评估的方法：加权成本—效益法，并对具体参数选取进行了探讨。通过实证研究，结果表明本文构建的BIM技术产权价值评估方法具有一定的合理性和有效性，并从系统构建、技术改进、法律制定、共享平台构建和加强BIM技术产权研究五个方面对BIM技术产权保护提出建议。

BIM technology property rights have the characteristics that value is not easy to be evaluated but easy to be infringed. Therefore, it is very important to accurately evaluate the value of BIM technology property rights and reasonably protect BIM technology property rights. By defining BIM technology property right and analyzing the characteristics of BIM technology, this paper puts forward a method, which is applicable to the value evaluation of BIM technology property right: weighting cost-benefit method, and the selection of specific parameters is discussed. The results show that the value evaluation method of BIM technology property right, which is established in this paper has certain rationality and validity through empirical research, and proposals of the protection of BIM technology property right are offered from five aspects, which involve system construction, technology improvement, law making, sharing platform building and strengthening the research on BIM technology property right.
