专利申请质量专利是得以授权和市场化的重要前提。为进一步提高高校专利申请管理能力，提高高校专利申请质量，选取广东省某研究型大学的专利申请管理体系作为研究对象，通过引入6σ管理DMAIC过程改进模型，对高校专利申请管理开展质量导向管理的实施策略进行阐述，为高校专利申请管理提供借鉴和参考。

Patent application quality patent is an important prerequisite for authorization and marketization. In order to further improve the management ability of university patent application and improve the quality of patent application, this study selects the patent application management system of a research university in guangdong province as the research object.This study introduced DMAIC process improvement model in the theory of 6σmanagement,based on the implementation of the patent management of colleges and universities to carry out quality oriented management strategy and provide reference for application for a patent management of colleges and universities.
