国内外推进科技军民融合的主要做法及对广东的启示

Practices in the Civil-military Integration of science and technology at Home and Abroad and its enlightenment to Guangdong Province

摘要:

科技军民融合作为国家创新驱动发展战略、军民融合发展战略和改革强军战略的交汇点,是当前各级政府重点研究和高度重视的课题。系统研究分析了国外军事科技强国、国内先进地区在推进科技军民融合方面的先进做法和创新实践,并对广东如何发挥特色优势,在借鉴国内外先进经验基础上构建区域军民融合创新体系、加速推进科技军民融合发展等方面提出了相关对策建议。

Abstract:

The civil-military integration of science and technology, as the meeting point of the National Strategy of innovation-driven development, civil-military integration development, and the military reinforcement, is a very important subject for all levels of government currently. This paper analyzed the advanced practices in the civil-military Integration of science and technology of foreign military power and advanced domestic areas, and put forward some suggestions for Guangdong province such as building a regional civil-military integration innovation system, accelerating the development of civil-military integration of science and technology.
