Abstract:Low-carbon development has become the main way to cope with global warming and achieve sustainable economic development. As one of the main areas of carbon emissions for the power industry, the comprehensive assessment of the low-carbon efficiency level of the power grid can not only make the power grid companies have an intuitive judgment of their current low-carbon development level, but also for the country to develop relevant low-carbon policies in the power industry. Provide directions. Based on the existing researches, this paper uses the degree of application of various smart grid technologies and the relevant factors affecting the carbon emissions of the grid as the evaluation basis, and constructs a set of comprehensive low-carbon energy efficiency indicator systems. At the same time, in light of the current lack of qualitative analysis on the low-carbon evaluation of the power grid and the lack of qualitative analysis, an improved super-efficient data envelopment analysis model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are proposed to achieve quantitative and qualitative analysis of the low-carbon benefit level of the power grid. . Using part of the regional power grid as a research object, a case study was conducted to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the method.
