本文根据多年外加剂从业经验，构建了我国外加剂企业技术创新系统模型。通过对模型系统内部运行流程的剖析，揭示了外加剂企业技术创新系统的独特运行机理，阐述了外加剂企业技术创新系统的特点。研究结果对我国外加剂企业技术人员及管理人员均具有显著的参考意义。

Based on the experience of many years' admixture employment, this paper constructs a system model of technology innovation of concrete admixture enterprises. Through the analysis of the internal operation process of the model system, the unique operation mechanism of the technological innovation system of the admixture enterprise is revealed, and the characteristics of the technological innovation system of the admixture enterprise are expounded. The results of the study have significant reference significance for the technical personnel and managers of concrete admixture enterprises in China.
