广东省新型研发机构竞争力评价指标体系研究

新型研发机构作为广东区域创新体系的重要组成部分，经历了十多年的发展，取得了令人瞩目的成绩，为进一步促进新型研发机构“树标提质”，对新型研发机构开展竞争力研究，通过对其相关指标进行量化，建立广东省新型研发机构竞争力评价指标体系及测算方法，对比2015、2016年新型研发机构综合竞争力评价值的最高值、平均值、中位数值，发现新型研发机构整体保持较为健康、稳定的发展，新型研发机构之间的发展差异在逐渐缩小，并在研究结果的基础上论证该指标体系的科学性、合理性，以供相关部门参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

As an important part of Guangdong's regional innovation system, new R&D institutions have experienced more than ten years'development and achieved remarkable achievements. In order to further promote the new R&D institutions' quality improvement, the new R&D institutions'competitiveness is studied. Through quantifying the relevant indicators, the evaluation index system and calculating Party of Guangdong's new R&D institutions' competitiveness are established. By comparing the maximum, average and median values of comprehensive competitiveness evaluation of new R&D institutions in 2015 and 2016, it is found that the overall development of new R&D institutions is relatively healthy and stable, and the development differences between new R&D institutions are gradually narrowing. Based on the research results, the scientificalness and rationality of the index system are demonstrated for reference by relevant departments
