［目的/意义］科学数据浪潮和数据密集型计算时代下,Data Curation对科技信息机构来说既是机遇又是挑战,因此探索DC语境下科技信息机构服务创新的思维模型对科技信息机构实现顺时变革、战略转型和跨越式发展具有重要意义。［方法/过程］本文简要总结了国内科技信息机构DC服务相关研究,以服务创新的Bilderbeek模型和科技信息机构的主要DC职能为基础,分析DC语境下的科技信息机构服务创新,并构建面向DC的科技信息机构服务创新四维模型。［结果/结论］构建了面向DC的科技信息机构服务创新四维模型,以期为科技信息机构全面把握DC语境下的服务创新内容维度,开发DC新服务提供参考。

［Purpose / significance］In the times of scientific data waves and data-intensive computing, data curation is an opportunity and a challenge to the STI Agencies. Therefore, to explore the innovative thinking model in DC context has very significant meaning for the STI Agencies to achieve compliance with the times of change, strategic transformation and leapfrog development. ［Method /process］This paper concisely summarized the relevant researches on DC service of domestic STI Agencies, analyzed the main DC functions of the STI Agencies and the service innovation of the STI Agencies in Data Curation Context based on the Bilderbeek model, and established the service innovative four-dimensional model of STI Agencies that are facing DC.［Result / conclusion］This paper established the service innovative four-dimensional model of STI Agencies that are facing DC, and it is expected that this document will provide information for STI Agencies to fully grasp the content dimensions of service innovation in the context of DC, as well as to develop new service of DC.
