Abstract:High-tech enterprises are faced with the problem of how to improve the intellectual property competitiveness through the effective management of intellectual property rights. From the perspective of competitiveness, according to the inherent law of interactive transformation of competitiveness modules, this paper constructs a conceptual model of intellectual property management model of high-tech enterprises. The intellectual property management mode of high-tech enterprises is the product of the non-linear interaction of the three intellectual property management basic modules which include intellectual property navigation, creation and maintenance, and strategic application, which is under the protection of intellectual property management coordination modules. The mode is formed in the interactive evolution of intellectual property competition resources and competitive strength. The dynamic analysis of intellectual property management modules’ coupling evolution and the formation mechanism of the intellectual property management mode, which give high-tech enterprises a new way to choose the proper intellectual property management mode in terms of its intellectual property resources, competiveness and the coupling rules of internal modules.
