Abstract:This paper based on the data from the Beijing Statistical Yearbook 2008-2017 and the Statistical Communique issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics and the Beijing Third National Economic Census Yearbook as samples. The Malmquist productivity index method based on the DEA model The total factor productivity of Beijing from 2008 to 2017 was measured, and the industrial structure and industrial competitiveness of key industries were studied and analyzed. The results show that from the perspective of technological progress, the tertiary industry is the most competitive and the primary industry has weaker industrial competitiveness; in the perspective of purely technical efficiency, the primary industry has caused chaos in management due to the rapid expansion of production scale. Reduced efficiency; Under the perspective of scale efficiency, the continued expansion of production scale will promote the improvement of the economic efficiency of enterprises in industries such as the tertiary industry and high-tech industries. When developing the tertiary industry, it may increase the infrastructure construction and expand the production and business scale.
