基于江西省几所地方高校创新创业教育的实地调查数据,运用有序 Probit 模型解读创新创业教育背景下可能影响地方高校科技创新服务功能的指数因子；对江西省地方高校创新创业教育在区域科技创新系统中的地位与作用进行了分析,指出建立良好的约束和激励机制能达到引导地方高校自觉实施创新创业教育的目的,更充分发挥地方高校科技创新服务功能。研究表明地方高校实施创新创业教育不仅可提高地方高校科技创新能力和综合实力,更能有效促进区域内高校和谐发展。

Based on the field survey data of innovation and entrepreneurship education in several local universities in Jiangxi Province, we use the ordered Probit model to interpret the index factors that may affect the service function of science and technology innovation in Local Universities under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The position and function of local colleges and universities of Jiangxi province innovation in the regional innovation system is analyzed, it is pointed out that the establishment of good restraint and incentive mechanism to guide the local colleges and universities can consciously implement innovation education, give full play to science and technology innovation service function of local colleges and universities. The research shows that the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities can not only improve the technological innovation ability and comprehensive strength of local universities, but also effectively promote the harmonious development of universities in the region.
