通过对西安软件园的扎根理论分析对创新生态系统的演化范式、构成运作机制进行了探索性研究。研究得出西安软件园创新生态系统经过了孵化器集群向产业集群跃进、产业集群向联盟化平台跃进、联盟化平台共生关系进化三个阶段。在此基础上得到创新生态系统初步架构,以及物种内部创新惯例、物种外部传递惯例、网络惯例三个维度的运作机制。分析指出创新生态系统技术创新的开放性和无边界性,提出“无围墙”创新概念。结论启示企业应进一步强化用户创新的作用,政府应强化“守夜人”职能。

Based on the grounded theory analysis of Xi"an Software Park, this paper explored the evolution paradigm, component and operation mechanism of innovation ecosystem. The research showed that the innovation ecosystem of Xi"an Software Park had three stages: incubator cluster upgraded to industry cluster, industry cluster upgraded to alliance platform, alliance platform’s symbiosis evolution. The framework and operation mechanism of innovation ecosystem had been studied out. Operation mechanism had three dimensions: the internal innovation routines of species, the external transitive routines of species and the network routines. The paper pointed out that the technological innovation in innovation ecosystem is open and borderless, and put forward the concept of "no walls innovation". Conclusion proposed the enterprises should strengthen the function of user innovation, and the government should strengthen the function of "night watchman".
