基于关键链技术的多项目管理研究综述

摘要:

关键链作为一种新型的项目进度管理技术,能够有效地解决多项目进度管理中不确定因素干扰和项目间资源冲突频发等问题。文章对基于关键链技术的多项目管理研究进行了综述。首先介绍了关键链思想,分析、总结多项目管理特性和关键链多项目管理步骤,随后分别对关键链多项目调度模型与求解、调度中关键问题的改进以及关键链多项目管理在实践中的应用等三个方面的研究进行了梳理和评述,最后展望了关键链多项目管理将来的研究方向。

Abstract:

As a new project schedule management technology, critical chain can effectively solve many problems such as uncertain factors interference and frequent resource conflicts in multi-project schedule management. In this paper, the research of multi project management based on critical chain technology is reviewed. First, we introduce the critical chain theory, analyze and summarize the characteristics of multi-project management and the multi-project management process based on critical chain. Then, we sort out and review three aspects, namely, the multi project scheduling model and solution based on critical chain, the improvement of key problems in scheduling and the application in management practice. Finally, the future research direction of the multi-project management based on critical chain is prospected.
