内容提要：当今我们已经步入了信息化社会、技术的革新变得越来越快,企业技术创新也变得越来越重要,技术创新补贴政策是政府用来激励企业进行技术创新活动的重要手段。本文将关联企业作为研究目标,加入企业吸收能力这一内部因素变量、技术创新补贴这个外部因素变量,构建了函数博弈模型,分析了技术创新补贴对关联企业技术创新活动的影响,为政府制定相关激励企业技术创新活动的政策提供了建议。

Abstract:

With the advent of the information age, the acceleration of economic globalization process and the deepening of economic Chinese transformation, technology innovation becomes increasingly paramount. The subsidy policy of technology innovation is a crucial means used by the government to motivate enterprises to carry out technology innovation activities. In view of this, target related enterprises as the research objectives, adds absorbing capacity as the internal factors, the technology innovation subsidy policy as the external factor variable and constructs a game model of cost function. And analyze the impact of technology innovation subsidy on technology innovation of enterprises under mutual cooperation . This provides suggestions for the government to formulate relevant policies to encourage enterprises for technology innovation activities.
