广东省高校及科研院所科技成果转化现状、问题及对策研究

Research on the Situations, Problems and Countermeasure of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities and Research Institutes in Guangdong Province

近年来,广东省高校和科研院所在科技成果转化取得了显著成效,成果转化数量稳步增长,“直接转让”成为最主要的转化方式,“技术入股”的出现使转化收益大幅提升；成果转化项目涵盖了广东省八大战略性新兴产业领域；尽管取得了较多成效,也明显存在许多制约因素,如：政策法规需要系统协调优化、高校科技成果转化的投入不足、企业与高校供需匹配存在错位等等；最后提出了针对性的对策建议。

Abstract:

In recent years, transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities and research institutes in Guangdong Province has achieved remarkable results. The number of transformation showed a steady growth. “Direct transfer” has become the main way of transformation. The emergence of “technology invested as capital stock” has led to a significant improvement in the overall profits. The achievements covered eight strategic emerging industries of Guangdong Province. Although great achievements have been made, there are still many restrictive factors, such as policies and regulations need to be coordinated and optimized, insufficient investment in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, imbalance between supply and demand among enterprises and universities, etc. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
