文章围绕“丝绸之路经济带”沿线18个省份的面板数据，时间区间为2013年～2016年，构建评价区域电商和丝路发展的指标系统，建立区域电商和丝路发展之间的评价体系，运用熵值TOPSIS法确定指标权重，利用耦合协调度模型，测算两系统之间的耦合协调状况，引入灰色关联度模型对系统耦合发展状况影响因子进行实证分析。针对系统耦合协调影响因素,对系统协调发展提出建议，为企业和国家决策提供相关依据。

Abstract:

The article revolves around the panel data of 18 provinces along the “Silk Road Economic Belt” from 2013 to 2016, constructing an indicator system to evaluate regional e-commerce and silk road development, and establishing a regional e-commerce and silk road development. The evaluation system uses the entropy value TOPSIS method to determine the index weights, and uses the coupling degree of coordination model to measure the coupling and coordination between the two systems. The gray correlation model is introduced to empirically analyze the factors affecting the system coupling development. it proposes suggestions for the coordinated development of the system in view of the influencing factors of system coupling coordination.
