Abstract:The article revolves around the panel data of 18 provinces along the “Silk Road Economic Belt” from 2013 to 2016, constructing an indicator system to evaluate regional e-commerce and silk road development, and establishing a regional e-commerce and silk road development. The evaluation system uses the entropy value TOPSIS method to determine the index weights, and uses the coupling degree of coordination model to measure the coupling and coordination between the two systems. The gray correlation model is introduced to empirically analyze the factors affecting the system coupling development. it proposes suggestions for the coordinated development of the system in view of the influencing factors of system coupling coordination.
