将创新人才政策体系分为人才引进、人才培育、人才流动、人才评价、人才激励和服务保障六个基本面,并对欧美等发达国家或地区创新人才最新政策进行分析比较,总结凝练国内主要省市创新人才工作的先进经验。在此基础上通过与国际国内对标,全面梳理了广东近年来主要的创新人才政策,并深入剖析广东现有政策存在的不足,最后提出了借鉴国内外先进经验完善广东创新人才政策的六大对策建议。

The innovative talents policy system is divided into six basic aspects: talent introduction, talent cultivation, talent flow, talent evaluation, talent incentive, and service guarantee. It also analyzes and compares the latest policies of innovative talents in developed countries or regions in Europe and America, and summarizes the major domestic provinces. City''s advanced experience in innovative work. On the basis of this, through international and domestic benchmarking, we have comprehensively sorted out the major innovative talent policies of Guangdong in recent years, and in-depth analysis of existing deficiencies in Guangdong''s existing policies. Finally, we have proposed six major policies to improve Guangdong''s innovative talent policy based on advanced experience at home and abroad. Suggestions.
