Abstract:When TRIZ theory analyzes and solves engineering problems, it separates and analyzes static and dynamic tools such as causality and function models, leading to the failure to identify key problems efficiently and accurately. On the basis of the analysis of the modern TRIZ theory, this paper forms a new TRIZ analysis process through the integration of the three axis analysis and the innovation of the functional model. The new process strengthens the interaction between analytical tools, redefines problems in a timely and accurate way, locks key factors that influence the occurrence of problems, and finally obtains the ideal TRIZ solution. The rationality and feasibility of the innovation process are analyzed by the engineering example of the energy feedback of the pure electric mine. The purpose of innovation is to help engineers identify hidden problems behind them and find the smallest problems at the micro level, so as to achieve the goal of defining the core and essence of problems accurately. It is of practical significance to identify and solve engineering problems.
