中国科技兴农效应的影响因素及门限特征

Influencing Factors and Threshold Characteristics of Developing Agriculture in China through Science and Technology

摘要:

本文以中国1997-2016年31个省域面板数据为基础,运用门限模型对科技兴农效应及其影响因素进行了探讨。所得主要结论是：(一)科技投入确如政策所期有效提升了农业生产率；(二)农户需求、经济条件以及政策环境等因素对科技兴农作用存在显著影响；(三)科技兴农的作用力表现出明显区域差异和门限特征,是各类影响因素共同作用的结果。最后,根据结论提出优化科技兴农效应的政策建议。

Abstract:

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 1997 to 2016, this paper uses the threshold model to discuss the effect of agriculture through science and technology and its influencing factors. The main conclusions obtained are: (1) the investment in science and technology has indeed promoted the agricultural productivity as effectively as the policy period; (2) the demand, economic conditions and policy environment of farmers have a significant impact on the revitalization of agriculture through science and technology; (3) Force showed obvious regional differences and threshold characteristics, is the result of various factors together. Finally, based on the conclusion, we put forward the policy recommendations to optimize the effect of science and technology on agriculture.
