Abstract:The study on motivation internal knowledge collaboration is of great importance to the better management and motivating team members to participate in the knowledge collaboration in a more positive way. From the perspective of organizational learning, this paper explores the motivating factors that affect R&D team members’ participation in knowledge collaboration from both the knowledge contributors and seekers, and constructs the theoretical model. The results show that personal reputation, sharing willingness and group identification have different effects on the motivations of knowledge contributors involved in organizational learning; social status, channel variety and social presence have a significant positive impact on the initiative of knowledge seekers; exploitative learning and explorative learning have significant impact on collaborative innovation performance, and the impact of the former is bigger than the latter; and the team motivation has regulating effect on the relationship between organizational learning and innovation performance of knowledge collaboration.
