2013年—2017年国际上管理学创新研究热点、前沿及其演进探析

The Hot Spot, Frontier and Evolution of research on International Management Innovation from 2013 to 2017

摘要:

管理学领域的创新是国际学者关注的热点之一。基于科学计量学、文献计量学基本原理,利用信息可视化技术,对2013年—2017年SSCI数据库中收录的3018条国际上管理学创新研究文献进行了可视化计量分析。研究结果显示：在研究热点方面,近5年来国际上管理学创新研究热点可以归纳为3个方面：一是关于创新自身研究,如“创新”“开放式创新”“技术创新”“创新绩效”和“创新模型”等；二是创新影响后果研究,如“企业绩效”“产品开发”“竞争优势”和“企业成长”等；三是创新前置因素研究,如“研发”“技术”“知识”“吸收能力”和“动态能力”等；同时,对国际上管理学创新研究热点演进情况进行了探索。在研究前沿方面,国际范围内管理学创新研究前沿主要聚焦在“科学的”“出口业绩”“资源”“双元”和“公司规模”等方面,并对国际上管理学创新研究前沿演进情况进行了分析。该研究为国内外管理学创新领域理论和实践研究提供有益参考。

Abstract:

The innovation in management science is one of the hot topics that international scholars pay close attention to. Based on the basic principles of scientometrics and bibliometrics, a visual quantitative analysis of 3018 international management innovation research literature indexed by the SSCI database from 2013 to 2017 are analyzed by using information visualization technology.The findings show that in the research on hot spots, the hot topics of international management innovation can be summed up in three aspects in the recent five years : firstly, research about innovation itself, such as "innovation", "open innovation", "technological innovation", "innovation performance", "innovation model" and so on; secondly, research about the impact of innovation impact, such as "enterprise performance", "product development", "competitive advantage" "Business growth" and so on; thirdly, research about influencing factors of innovation, such as "research and development", "technology", "knowledge", "absorptive capacity""dynamic capability"and so on. At the same time, the evolution of international management innovation research hot topics focus are explored. In the research on front, the forefront of international management innovation research is of the science" "export performance" "resources" "dual" "company size" and so on; in addition,the evolution of the frontier about international management innovation are analyzed . The research can provide useful reference for the theoretical research and practical application in the field of domestic management innovation.
