中国大型制造企业境外研发现状与对策研究

Research on Chinese Large Manufacturing Enterprises’ Overseas R&D

摘要:

本文以2017中国制造业500强企业的历年境外研发活动为研究对象，用跨国公司全球学习与战略理论对中国制造业500强企业在境外研发活动的时间进程、动机分布、区位选择及进入模式选择等方面进行研究，系统地把握其境外研发现状，并从政府和企业两个层面提出未来中国制造业企业境外研发活动的努力方向。

Abstract:

Based on the 2017 Chinese Top 500 Manufacturing Companies’ overseas R&D activities，this paper used the global learning and strategic theory to analyze its time process、motivation、location selection and entry mode choice etc. to grasp its overseas R&D dynamics, what’s more , from both government and enterprises perspective, this paper provided suggestions to improve Chinese manufacturing enterprises’ overseas R & D level in the future.
