Abstract:Low carbon technology innovation has become the main means of developing low carbon economy, and Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation is an effective mode of developing low carbon technology. Therefore, based on the finite rationality, this paper analyzes the evolution game strategy by constructing an evolutionary game model, and finally obtains six evolution and stability strategies. Then it analyzes the influence of various factors on the Industry-University-Research cooperative innovation of low-carbon technology . The results show that the penalty for breach of contract, the cooperative income, the government subsidy, the carbon emission margin and the carbon tax have a positive effect on collaborative innovation. However, R & D cost and knowledge spillover effect have reverse inhibition on collaborative innovation, and the effect of cost sharing ratio and income distribution ratio is not unidirectional. Finally, according to the research results, the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward to promote the Industry-University-Research cooperative innovation of low-carbon technology .
