科技行政法视角下我国民用无人机的法律规制问题研究

摘要:

无人机作为近年来科技发明应用的突出成果，在社会领域得到了广泛应用。而与此同时，作为重要的科技成果，其在推广、发展的过程中也暴露出了许多问题。文章在科技行政法的框架下，结合民用无人机的使用现状、现存问题及隐患，同时在充分分析当前我国民用无人机法律规制的现状的基础上，提出我国民用无人机法律规制的缺陷及其完善建议，以期解决问题，充分推动和保障民用无人机在社会生活中更加有序且高效地发挥作用。

Abstract:

As an outstanding result of the application of scientific and technological inventions in recent years, drones have been widely used in the social field. At the same time, as an important scientific and technological achievement, it also exposed many problems in the process of promotion and development. In the framework of the science and technology administrative law, the article combines the current status, existing problems and hidden dangers of civil drones, and at the same time, based on a thorough analysis of the current state of legal regulation of civil drones in China, proposes the legal regulation of civil drones in China. Defects and suggestions for improvement in order to solve the problem, and fully promote and protect civil drones in the social life more orderly and efficient to play a role.
