A Review and Outlook on the Business Model Innovation of the New Enterprise

摘要:

商业模式创新是决定新创企业生存和成长的关键性战略问题。尽管商业模式创新对于新创企业至关重要,但是学者对于新创企业的商业模式创新研究尚未引起重视。基于此,本文首先提出了新创企业商业模式创新的内涵,比较分析了新创企业商业模式创新的特征；然后对近10年来的文献进行总结,归纳出新创企业商业模式创新的驱动因素；以此为基础,整合理性定位、进化学习和认知三个战略视角,提出新创企业商业模式创新的一个整合性分析框架,为新创企业开展商业模式创新提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

Business model innovation is the key strategy to determine the survival and growth of new enterprise. Although the business model innovation is crucial to the new enterprise, the scholars have not reached a consensus on the connotation and driving factors of the business model innovation of new enterprise.Based on this, this paper firstly put forward the connotation of the business model innovation of the new enterprise,Sand analyzed the characteristics of the business model innovation of new enterprise. Then we summarized the literature in the past 10 years and summarized the driving factors of the business model innovation of the new enterprise. Based on this, this paper integrates the three strategic perspectives of rational positioning, evolutionary learning and cognition,puts forward an integrated analytical framework for the business model innovation of the new enterprise and provides some references for the business model innovation.
